Responsibilities
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches and to understand project specifications
- Take measurements and accurately calculate materials needed for the project
- Cut and shape lumber and other material according to measurements
- Build window frames, doors, staircases, and complete frame-work.
- Knowledge of, and ability to perform light electrical and plumbing is a plus
- Install flooring, siding, cabinets, drywall, and insulation
- Inspect products and conduct repairs or maintenance as needed
